1. Custom & Made-to-Order Exemption
In accordance with the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022 and EU Consumer Rights Regulations, the statutory 14-day "cooling-off" or right-to-cancel period does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.Because our garments and products are blank until your order triggers the custom printing process, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing errors, or subjective dissatisfaction with the advertised materials/fabric.
Detailed size charts, fabric blends, and material weights are provided on every product page. Please review these carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If your item arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect, physical damage, or if you received the completely wrong item/size compared to your order confirmation, you are fully protected.What to do:
1. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your package at: SAIEMSENT.STD@GMAIL.COM.
2. Provide your Order Number.
3. Attach clear photographic or video evidence showing the damage, misprint, or defect, along with a brief description of the issue.Resolution:
Once verified with our manufacturing partner, we will gladly arrange a replacement item or a full refund at absolutely zero cost to you.Please note: Do not mail any items back to our production facility or the return address on the package without prior approval from our support team. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
